Martha Dunn

Teaches: Dressage, Jumping, Trail Riding
Certifications:

Martha and her family have been involved with horses for 16 years, owning, raising, trail riding, and competing in dressage and eventing. She teaches for the local Pony Clubs. She is a member of the Certified Horsemanship of Association. She also attended the United States Eventing Association's level one Instructor Certification Program for jumping and dressage. Martha teaches dressage, jumping, and leads trail rides.

Jennifer Godoi

Teaches: Dressage, Hunt Seat Equitation, Jumping, Western Horsemanship
Certifications: British Horse Society, ARICP

Jennifer comes to us with over 15 years of teaching experience. She recently moved to California from the east coast where she competed in dressage (up to 4th level), eventing (up to Preliminary), and hunters. Her main focus is teaching balance and partnership with the horse no matter what discipline you are riding. She specializes in teaching Adult Amateurs and welcomes beginning students.

Sara L. Leslie

Teaches: Dressage, Western Horsemanship, Trail Skills
Certifications: Western/English CHA Master Certified and Assistant Clinician

Sara has been teaching for over 10 years and specializes in General Western and English riding for adults and children. She combines Dressage and Natural Horsemanship principles to build balance and confidence in both horse and rider. Her training is structured around giving students and horses a well-rounded riding experience with both arena and trail skills. Emphasis is on reaching each students goals by learning good riding and horsemanship skills in a safe and fun environment.

Wendy Mattes

Teaches: Dressage
Certifications: USDF Silver & Bronze Medallist, British Horse Society

Wendy's love of horses and passion for riding has endured for over 40 years, and has included such highlights as: being in Pony Club; graduating from Cal Poly with a degree in Animal Science; completing a British Horse Society Instructors course; competing in Three-Day-Events; working at the Racetrack as Exercise Rider and Assistant Trainer; working a Thoroughbred Farm, breaking and training 2-year-olds; and training and competing her Oldenburg gelding, Dolce, through Intermediare 1 level dressage. Wendy's students range in age and ability from 6 year old beginning riders to advanced adults, who are active dressage competitors. Her goal is that her students and horses progress in their training with an approach that emphasizes safety, correctness, and fun!
